Making Ramen with Wild Mushrooms

I like going out into the forests to find edible wild mushrooms. It’s well known that you need to really be careful when you pick wild mushrooms, but when you find a good edible one, they’re amazing!

So once I got these “jelly mushrooms,” (btw I show in the video where and how I got them) I had to try putting them into a spicy Korean Ramen. Of course 🙂
